Getting the home building process started shouldn’t be a complicated endeavor. Our unique company set-up allows all holdings the ability to work hand-in-hand providing forward thinking ideas, superior quality and lasting value, built around genuine customer care – Synergy!

Atlantic Home Construction offers a builder consultation where at our first meeting we sit down with you with only two items; pen and paper. Planning and organization is our number one priority to ensure that your new home project is a success. From start to finish our goal is to make sure you feel confident during the entire home building process.

Using locally owned and operated companies who are quick to respond and provide superior customer service is something that we take great pride in. We treat them as if they are part of our company and in-turn they treat us the same. A good working relationship is very important in the home building process. Making sure everyone is on the same page is essential.

 

 

Builder Consultation:
Before we get ahead of ourselves, we like to meet with our clients to determine whether or not we will be a good fit for each other. This allows us to thoroughly explain our process and discover your needs/wants and what it’s truly going to take to make it happen. Also, building may not be what you really want and finding an existing home to purchase and/or remodel could be a better fit financially. *This is where our company concept really helps – no sales pressure! New Home Sales and/or Existing Re-Sale, we can help.

Site Evaluation – Lot Selection:
This is usually one of the most stressful steps in the building process and fortunately, we have a team of professionals that can assist you in making an informed decision when choosing a lot to build on. Our sister company, Atlantic Real Estate offers expertise in all facets of real estate to assist you. From lot sale negotiation, well yield & septic report, plat & survey boundaries, restrictions & covenants, permits & fees, we’ve got you covered. And because our Realtors are licensed professionals, we can offer something that most builders can’t because of quotas and sales goals – Patience! It’s what we do.

Design & Portfolio:
We can help you choose from a portfolio of homes which can be modified to fit your needs and/or we will work closely with your architect and/or bring your own plans and our staff will assist you with the details. We work with a variety of local designers who can make changes to plans and offer service pricing to fit your budget.

Financing:
We work closely with local lenders to find you the perfect loan that fits your financial needs. Our local lenders offer incentives and loans that allow you to purchase with FHA, VA, & Conventional financing. From Construction loans to loans with just one up-front settlement, we can help you get it done.

Permitting Process:
Because of our extensive knowledge with current codes and building regulations, we obtain all permits. These costs are part of your upfront pricing so there are no surprises or extras.
